A snapshot of a gallery page from my website circa 2023 for a piece of ANSI art titled "Machine World" dated to March 11, 2023. In it, a featureless humanoid figure floats in a fetal position while surrounded by a green and dark gray bubble made of ones and zeroes, and with particles made of dots, ones and zeroes floating away from it. The ones and zeroes floating away are colored from white to green to dark gray. Around this figure, split across several lines, is a message reading, "In a machine world, / created by machine minds, / built by machine men, / can one truly call themselves free?" The picture is bordered on the top and bottom by a single line with gradient coloring from white to green to dark gray, with the artist signature "TGH!" on one side and the date 2023 on the other. Below the image, most of the text has been grayed out to highlight the following passage: "I imagined what would happen if the blowhards proposing generative AI as a replacement for humans got their way.

In this piece of 16-color textmode art, two armored opossum men with jetpacks and swords are fighting to the death in a starship. Sparkster, clad in blue armor and an aviator's helmet, defends against Axel Gear, wearing magenta armor, an angular knight's helmet and a scar on his face. Axel has had his sword strike blocked and is now using both arms to try to push Sparkster's sword away, while Sparkster holds him back with one arm. Seen from an oblique angle, the two men, locking eyes, hover with their blades one slip away from a fatal blow, their only company the tall starship windows that stretch off into the distant darkness; and the stars, plasma and asteroids of space seen through them.

Two pairs of white cartoon robot rabbits with rocket legs and yellow boxing glove hands fly at an angle through a hexagon-shaped space ship corridor with hexagon-shaped windows, beyond of which is a deep magenta aurora in starry space. Flying closer to us is a rabbit with red eyes, ears and rockets; flying nearer to the side of the frame is a rabbit with green eyes, ears and rockets. Above them is the text "Rabio Lepus, copyright 1987 Video System".

Somewhere in the starry depths of space, two sets of fiery alien creatures that resemble eels, one red with yellow eyes and the other blue with green eyes, travel together in a spiral formation. We look directly in the middle of this formation as they fly off into the vastness of space, disappearing into the center of the frame, their destination unknown.

On the edge of a cliff, a small alien with a shell on its head sits with its child, a tiny creature that strongly resembles it, watching the vastness of space beyond their home. In the starry expanse, an aurora flows like river, bordered by fiery trails. Far beyond this display, a planet with an unearthly atmosphere spins peacefully. Between these, a creature resembling a manta ray, bigger than the planet, swims on.

A lean green fishperson with long parted hair wearing red glasses, earrings, and a tight red satin blouse, along with form-fitting black satin trousers, greets the visitor to their website with a smile and a wave of their hand, their other hand resting on their hip and their tail lifted. During the day, in a vast and open field with mountains in the distance, a yellow, semi-cartoonish opossum wearing gym shorts, compression sleeves and leggings, and running shoes uses his tail to hang from the long branch of a tree. His tail is thick and curled multiple times around the branch, and he hangs upside down with his hands behind his head, his legs spread, and a smile at the viewer, showing off the muscles in his chest and arms. Below all of this is a portrait of the opossum with the same expression, in front of the tall and regal castle where he serves as a knight. Below him is the name "Sparkster".

[Image 3/3]When out of the armor, #Sparkster continues to stay in shape and ensure he can bear the weight of his responsibility for keeping Zebulos safe. This n…

At night, a yellow, semi-cartoonish opossum wearing goggles, a black shirt and overalls sits in a dark garage. He has taken a jetpack from a hook in the back wall nearby his suit of armor, and placed it on a table in front of a pegboard so he can open up and examine it with a flashlight. While he prepares to remove a spark plug from the jetpack, he uses his tail to open a box of parts and take out a replacement. Below this scene is a portrait of the opossum with his goggles off, looking aside at the viewer with a smile, in front of a pegboard from which sets of wrenches and a hammer are hanging. Below him is the name "Sparkster".

[Image 2/3]At this point, #Sparkster is used to maintaining his own armor and jetpack. His wealth of experience has allowed him to do the same for his fellow kn…

A pair of kangaroo people stands in front of the transgender pride flag. To the left is Mason Kirk (he/him), deep red with a white underbelly, short white hair and cyan eyes. To the right is Cynthia Kane (she/her), brown with a white underbelly, long brown hair and green eyes. Both of them are wearing clothes colored with the cyan, pink and white stripes of transgender pride to show off their athletic builds. Mason is wearing a highleg bikini bottom showing off his top-surgery scars and pouch. Cynthia is wearing a form-fitting one-piece swimsuit showing she does not have a pouch. Both Mason and Cynthia are clasping hands with fists raised in the air as they smile proudly toward the viewer, and they are both lifting their tails, the tips crisscrossed, to show the transgender pride bandannas tied around them.

In the middle of a desert at night, with sand, rice grass and rocks around their feet, two shapeshifters in the forms of muscular animal men stand beside each other in fighting stances with clenched fists ready to begin practice. To one side, Mason Kirk, a kangaroo with a huge tail, deep red in color with a white underbelly and cyan eyes, stands with one arm tensed at his side, the other out in front, and his legs apart. Dressed in dark cyan with white accents, he is wearing only elbow and knee braces, a bandanna tied around his tail, fingerless gloves and ankle protectors, and a long loincloth. He is wide-hipped with markings that resemble top surgery scars, a pouch on his belly, and gigantic legs which end in long kangaroo feet with thick, sharp claws. To the other side, Gale Fields, a big white hare with long black hair and red eyes, stands with his arms tensed and held behind and in front. Clad in deep red with black trimmings, he is only wearing compression sleeves, gym shorts wit

At a local bar, two genderfluid shapeshifters assuming feminine forms while wearing glasses and dresses are at the counter. One of them is a smiling green fishperson with a long and thick tail, wearing red-rimmed glasses in a red side-slit dress with black rubber straps, trimming and corset; long red gloves with black trims; and red thigh-high boots with black trimming and instep as well as exposed ankles and toes. The other person is a small, smirking, golden fennec fox with antennae, a black jewel in their forehead and a massive bushy tail, as well as black fur on their arms and legs suggesting gloves and stockings, and a tuft of black fur on their chin. They are wearing blue-rimmed glasses, a blue collar, a long blue dress, gold bracelets and anklets, and gold rings on their fingers and toes. A brown, humanoid, athletic and feminine kangaroo person leaps through the air with their fists clenched and their knee forward in a flying attack, a blurred trail behind them and dark-gray speedlines around them. They have ankle-length, frizzy red hair matted into dreadlocks, short on the crown and long in the back. They glare with solid blue eyes and clenched teeth. They are wearing a black, off-shoulder crop top highlighting the strength in their shoulders, waist and arms; two metal bracers that flare behind them; tight black running shorts revealing their powerful leg muscles; and black ankle protectors on their long kangaroo feet. The bracers are glowing with green energy, which is being directed into their knee for their furious attack.
