A violin is viewed close-up in a field in which a horse stands some distance away. If we're feeling silly, we might ignore the use of foreshortening and imagine a colossal violin poised to crush a regular-sized horse too far away for us to intervene, or alternately a regularly-sized violin menacing the world's tiniest equine right in front of us.
